本标准规定了家用嵌入式电烤箱的术语和定义、产品分类与型号命名、要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装、运输、贮存的要求。
本标准适用于家用和类似用途的具有烘焙和烧烤功能的，额定电压不超过250V的嵌入式电烤箱，以及具有蒸汽辅助加湿功能的嵌入式电烤箱。
本标准不适用于便携式电烤箱、电蒸箱、户外烤炉。
