3 Definitions
This standard adopts the following definitions.
3.1 Production facilities
Machines, facilities, devices and tools used for the production, process, manufacture, manufacture inspection, transport ,installation ,storage and maintenance during the production process.
3.2 Safety and health guard device
Auxiliary facilities to keep safety and sanitation of support personnel, production process and equipment in the configuration of production facilities.
4 Basic principles
4.1 Production facilities and its spare parts shall be strong, rigid, stable and reliable. Do not harm personnel during manufacture, transportation, storage and installation.
4.2 During regular production and use, do not emit hazardous substances specified by national standard to operational site and atmosphere. Do not violate the national standard in terms of noise, noise vibration, radiation and others. Take effective measures during design process to avoid possible adverse factors.
4.3 Adhere to ergonomics principle to principle design production facilities and reduce the physical strength ,mental strength and tension consumption on the operator.
