Part 3: Symbols for Passenger and Cargo Transport

1  Scope
 This Part of GB/T 10001 specifies the public information graphical symbols for use on signs related to passenger and cargo transport (hereinafter referred to as graphical symbols)
 This Part is applicable to the public places such as airport, railway station, bus station and port and the facilities related to them, which is specifically used to the design of guiding elements including position signs, guide signs, plane sketches, information boards and street block guide maps in the public information guidance systems. This Part is also applicable to the graphical signs in dimension more than 10mm× 10mm in publications and other information carriers.
