Part 4: Symbols for Recreation Sport

1  Scope
 This Part of GB/T 10001 specifies the public information graphical symbols for use on sign related to sports games, training, popular sports and recreation sports (hereinafter referred to as graphical symbols).
 This Part is applicable to various sports venues and relevant sports places, such public places as recreation sport center, hotel, restaurant and park attractions, as well as transport vehicles and service facilities, to the design of guiding elements including position signs, guide signs, plane sketches, information boards and block guiding diagrams used in the public information guidance systems specifically, and to the graphical signs greater than 10 mm×10 mm in dimensions in publication and other information carriers.

 The following standards contain provisions which, through reference in this text, constitute provisions of this Part of GB/T 10001. For dated reference, subsequent amendments to (excluding correction to), or revisions of, any of these publications do not apply. However, the parties to agreements based on this standard are encouraged to investigate the possibility of applying the most recent editions of the standards.
