1 Design basis 1.1 It is prepared according to the Document JIANZHI [2005] No. 137 of the Ministry of Construction-"Notice on Printing 'Preparation Work Plan of National Building Standard Design in 2005'". 1.2 National current standard specifications and relevant standards: "Code for Electrical Design of Civil Buildings" JGJ 16-2008 "Code for Design of 10kV & under Electric Substation" GB 50053-94 "Code for Design of High Voltage Electrical Installation (3~110kV)" GB 50060-92 "Code for Design of Low Voltage Electrical Installations" GB 50054-95 "Design Code for Protection of Structures against Lightning" GB50057-94 (2000 edition) "Types and Safety Technical Requirements of System Earthing" GB 14050-93 "Specification and Technical Requirements for Three-phase Oil-immersed Power Transformers" GB/T 6451-1999 "Specification and Technical Requirements for Dry-type Power Transformers" GB/T 10228-1997 2 Preparation purpose This Atlas is prepared with a view to adapting the rapid development of construction industry, meeting the demand of different users, and achieving the purpose of enabling the technical personnel of electrical engineering of civil buildings to rapidly search and improving the design and construction quality. 3 Preparation principle This Atlas is prepared based on the current national standard and the national building standard design; on one hand, the standard drawings with large application and extensive coverage in electrical engineering of civil buildings are extracted and collected; on the other hand, the new technology, new product and new method for electrical industry of civil buildings in the last few years are supplemented, and then a set (8 volumes) of commonly-used and practical standard atlas of "Electrical Design and Construction of Civil Buildings" is prepared. 4 Application scope This Atlas is applicable to the electrical engineering design and construction of general newly-built, renovated and expanded civil building engineering and general industrial engineering (building construction part), and may also be used for the reference of supervision, construction and acceptance of building electrical engineering. 5 Preparation mode This Atlas covers three preparation types: new preparation, direct quote and integrated revision; new preparation: drawings to be prepared according to new technology, new product and engineering need; direct quote: drawings directly quoted from the current national standard design drawings in a centralized manner according to the demand of design personnel, and correcting the error of the original drawings: integrated revision: drawings collecting the parts commonly used and to be supplemented in the engineering through revision on the basis of the current national standard design atlas to be convenient for the design and construction personnel to use. The direct quote drawings adopt the original signature, and the new preparation and integrated revision drawings adopt the new signature. The graphic and letter symbols in the atlas adopt those in the national building standard design "Common Graphic and Letter Symbols in Building Electrical Engineering Design" 00D×001. 6 Main content 6.1 Installation of high-voltage switch cabinet
