1 Scope
This standard specifies the general requirements for the terms and definitions, classification, judgment process, category and precautionary labeling, arrangement of category and labeling element and precautionary statements of acute toxicity caused by chemicals.
This standard is generally applicable to the hazards classification, precautionary labeling and precautionary statements for acute toxicity caused by chemicals according to "Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labeling of Chemicals" issued by UN.
