1 Scope This Standard specifies terms and definitions, classification, decision logic and guidance, category and precautionary labelling, category and allocation of label elements and precautionary statements for corrosive to metals. This Standard is applicable to the corrosive to metals under hazards classification, precautionary labelling and precautionary statements given in the United Nations "Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labeling of Chemicals". 2 Normative References The following standards contain provisions which, through reference in this text, constitute provisions of this standard.
