Article 1.0.1 The Drawing Rules are formulated with a view to standardizing the application of Ich-CD for building structure construction drawing, realizing nationwide unified structure construction drawing which is drawn according to Ich-CD, and ensuring the quality of design and construction. Article 1.0.2 The drawing rules in this Atlas are applicable to the construction drawing design of reinforced concrete raft foundation, including the connection design between the root of the main structure on the foundation as concrete structure, steel structure, masonry structure or mixed structure and the foundation. Article 1.0.3 Where the Drawing Rules are adopted, the relevant requirements of this Atlas shall be complied with; in addition, the current relevant codes, specifications and standards of the nation shall also be met. Article 1.0.4 Generally, the construction drawing drawn according to the Ich-CD is composed of the Ich-CD and the standard construction details of various structural members. But for complex industrial and civil buildings, the plan drawings of formwork, foundation pit, openings and embedded parts, etc. shall also be added. The profile reinforcement drawing is only added under special circumstances. Article 1.0.5 Where the structure construction drawing is drawn according to the Ich-CD, the dimension, reinforcement and selected standard construction details of the members must be directly expressed on the foundation layout plan according to the Ich-CD drawing rules of various members based on the specific engineering design. Article 1.0.6 The expression of the dimension and reinforcement of the raft foundation on the layout plan shall give priority to the notations for plane and be supplemented by the notations for section. Article 1.0.7 Where the construction drawing of raft foundation is drawn according to the Ich-CD, all the members shall be numbered, including type code and serial number, etc., with the main function of pointing out the selected standard construction details. On the standard construction details, the codes have been indicated according to the affiliated member types, so as to define the complementary relation of the same member in the details and Ich-CD, to make them compose a complete foundation structure design and construction drawing. Article 1.0.8 Where the construction drawing of foundation structure is drawn according to the Ich-CD, the bottom elevation of the raft foundation slab shall be indicated in form or other modes; where there are more than one bottom elevation of the foundation slab, one of them shall be designated as the datum elevation, and the rest different elevations shall be indicated with the relatively positive-negative relation and the located range. This drawing shall be used in conjunction with the national building standard design 03G101-1 and 03G101-2; in the single project, the floor (ground) elevation of structural layers and the height of structural layers must be unified, so as to guarantee such members as subsoil and foundation, column and wall, beam, slab and stair are marked according to the unified vertical location dimension. For the convenience of construction, the unified floor (ground) elevation of structural layers and the height of structural layers shall be respectively noted in Ich-CD of various members such as foundation, column, wall and beam. Note 1: For the beam-slab raft foundation that the beam and slab bottoms are in the same plane (low slab position) and the flat raft foundation, the bottom elevation of foundation slab is the top elevation of the foundation bed (including waterproof layer) covering subsoil; for the beam-slab raft foundation that the beam and slab tops are in the same plane (high slab position) or the bottom and the top are not in the same plane (middle slab position), the bottom elevation of foundation slab is the top elevation of the foundation bed (including waterproof layer) within the foundation slab between beams. Note 2: The floor elevation of structural layers refers to the elevation of the sum of the ground and floor elevations of all layers in the architectural drawing minus the thickness of the building surface course and cushion, and the number of structural layers shall be consistent with that of building storeys. Article 1.0.9 In order to ensure the construction personnel conducting construction exactly in accordance with Ich-CD, the General Introductions for the structural design of specific engineering shall also cover the following contents closely related to Ich-CD besides the routine content: 1. The Atlas No. (like 04G101-3 of this Atlas No.) of the selected Ich-CD standard drawings shall be noted in order to avoid adopting wrong edition during construction after the atlas is updated.
