This part of GB/T 10001 specifies public information graphical symbols for use on sign for railway passenger service and its relevant service (hereinafter referred to as graphic symbols). This part is applicable to railway passenger stations, passenger train coaches and other relevant locations and facilities of railway passenger service, it is specifically used for the design of guiding elements such as position sign, guide sign, plan diagram, information board and block guidance graphs. This part is also applicable to publication with graphical sign dimension larger than 10 mm×10 mm and other information carriers.
