3 General Provisions
3.1 This standard will be used as the criteria of company product quality assessment, product grading and rating, national examination and product quality manufacturing supervision. 3.2 The hydrogenerator product is classified into qualified product, first-class product and high-class product according to the quality level. 3.3 As the hydrogenerator product fails to be subjected to a complete assembly and a comprehensive test in the manufacturing plant, this standard covers two parts: one is that the items to be inspected in the manufacturing plant (spare parts, subassembly, etc.) are used as the quality grading criteria prior to delivery and the other one is that the product performance items are used as the quality grading criteria of overall complete machine assessment after installation and operation for some time. 3.4 The spare parts and positions not listed in this standard must also be manufactured and inspected according to the drawing process requirements and inspection codes.
4 Grading of Product Quality
4.1 Qualified product 4.1.1 Use performance and structure It is confirmed that the product performance reaches the requirements of the current standard through design review and product identification. 4.1.2 Operating performance The main performance of the product reaches the qualified product index specified in Table 1 and other performances meet the requirements of the relevant technical standards and product technical specifications. 4.1.3 Reliability and service life Under the condition of correct keeping, installation and maintenance by the user, the equivalent availability factor, equivalent forced outage rate, major repair interval and service life before decommissioning of the product reach the qualified product index specified in Table 1. 4.1.4 Completeness 4.1.4.1 The auxiliaries of the product, including excitation system and automation components shall meet the qualified product requirements in JB/T 56083 and JB/T 56080 respectively, and the purchased and outsourced supporting parts of the product must reach the qualified product level. 4.1.4.2 The accompanying spare parts shall be capable of exchanging with the product. The spare parts, special tools and accompanying documents shall be complete. 4.1.5 Package
