1 Scope
This standard specifies the terms, definitions, classification, requirements, test method, inspection rule, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of air gun pellets.
This standard is applicable to the rifled air guns specified in GB/T 28801-2012.

3 Terms and Definitions
For the purpose of this standard, the following terms and definitions apply.
3.1 Dispersion accuracy
The distribution degree for impact points of a set of specified shooting numbers on the target. Generally, the diameter D0 (see Figure 1) of impact point envelope circle of 10 (a set of) impact points is measured and then the diameter of a shot hole is deducted. Thereinto, 4.8mm is deducted from the 4.5mm air gun pellet while 5.8mm is deducted from the 5.5mm air gun pellet; then the dispersion accuracy value is obtained and represented by D.
