1 Scope
This standard specifies the technical requirements, statistical range, calculation method, energy conservation management and measures for the norm of energy consumption per unit product of coal to synthetic natural gas produced with different process technologies.
This standard is applicable to the calculation and assessment of energy consumption for enterprise of coal to synthetic natural gas and energy consumption control of new enterprises.

3 Terms and Definitions
For the purposes of this standard, the terms and definitions established in GB/T 12723 and the following terms and definitions apply.

Output of coal to synthetic natural gas
The total amount of product made of coal and used to replace natural gas in accordance with the requirements during the statistical report.
