1 General Provisions
1.0.1 This code is formulated to improve the construction technology and management level for offshore wind power project, standardize the offshore wind power project construction and ensure the construction quality and safety.
1.0.2 This code is applicable to the newly-built, renovated and extended offshore wind power project construction.
1.0.3 The construction of offshore wind power project shall not only comply with the requirements stipulated in this code, but also shall meet those in the relevant current ones of the nation.
2 Terms
2.0.1 Offshore wind power project
The wind power project established at sea.
2.0.2 Gravity foundation
The foundation type to balance horizontal force and vertical force generated by the superstructure of wind turbine generator system and wave and tidal current by the gravity itself.
2.0.3 Pile foundation
Foundation type composed of foundation pile and superstructure bearing platform.
2.0.4 Tugging navigation
The transport mode to tug the offshore self-elevating platform, floating dock and non-powered barge with the tugboat, saddle and fixing device.
2.0.5 Assemblage field
The field at the land, wharf or dock to assemble the unit equipment.
2.0.6 Steel tubular jacket
The space steel frame formed by welding the circular steel pipes together and used as the guiding device and transverse support in the piling operation.
2.0.7 Offshore transformer
The offshore equipment to convert the voltage.
2.0.8 Marine positioning
The process to determine offshore position of ocean structure.
2.0.9 Pile driving test
The pile sinking test operation carried out prior to formal pile sinking to determine construction process of pile sinking, inspect bearing capacity of pile and verify whether geological conditions are consistent with the drawing.
2.0.10 Riprap mound
The mound riprapped with the block stone and then levelled.
2.0.11 Leading marks
The fixed vision navigation mark located on a position line formed by two or more marks at the same vertical surface.
2.0.12 Cathodic protection
The equipments to alleviate metal structures corrosion in corrosive medium by making the protected metal surface in the electrolyte cathodic through the external measures like sacrificial anode or impressed current.
2.0.13 Installation with part by part
The installation of tower, cabin, wind rotor or hub, blade sub-components in order after the equipment of the wind turbine generator system has been assembled part by part and transported to the preset position.
2.0.14 Installation of assembled parts
The installation of assembled wind turbine generator system (tower, cabin, wind rotor) by the offshore hoisting equipment.
