本规程适用于新建、扩建、改建工程中的下列场所：
1 建筑面积小于500m2的小型歌舞娱乐放映游艺场所（歌舞厅、茶楼、保健中心、网吧、酒吧等）；
2 建筑面积小于1000m2的商业设施；
3 建筑面积小于500m2的生产作坊；
4 层数不大于三层的旅馆、招待所；
5 饮食建筑的主、副食热加工间；
6 居住场所。
