1 General 1.0.1 To meet the requirements of mushroom growth of communication construction or to solve power problems for equipments of the areas without power or the power-shortage areas, this specification is formulated. 1.0.2 This specification is applicable to construction, extension and renovation engineering of flat-plate-type solar photovoltaic power system and could be used as a reference for designs of other types of solar photovoltaic power systems. 1.0.3 Normative references: "Terminology for solar photovoltaic energy system" Tentative Specification for Designing Anti-seismic Installation of Communication Equipment Specification for Designing Post & Telecommunication Communication Power System Tentative Technical Stipulation for Grounding Design of Communication Bureau (Station) General Specification for Paint Coating "Electrodeposited Coating and Chemical Cladding of Electrical Products" 1.0.4 Prior to the design, detailed exploration shall be carried for the installation point to learn about environmental conditions, climate conditions, wind force conditions and solar resource of the area and provide necessary material for the installation design. 1.0.5 Technical economical comparison shall be carried out for the scheme during designing, operation and maintenance requirements of construction shall be taken into full consideration to achieve the proposes that advanced technology, economy and rationality, safety and usability and guarantee quality and increase the economic benefit. 1.0.6 Solar modules, equipment and materials used in the design shall be qualified products tested and accepted by relevant national departments. 1.0.7 In order to meet the requirement of development, the design shall be corresponding to the development planning. The overall plan and priority construction size of the installation capacity shall combine with the long-term development planning, equipment load capacity of the near term should be used as the main capacity of the solar-cell-array and civil construction facilities should combine with long-term planning. 1.0.8 Any thing un-specified in this specification shall be carried out according to relevant national standards. 2 General Requirements of Solar Photovoltaic Power System 2.0.1 The solar-cell-array (hereafter referred to as array) shall be set on a safe and reliable place free from shielding obstructions, pollution sources (such as smog, dust) and corrosive gases. 2.0.2 In the normal condition, plane of the array shall face to the due south. If restricted by geographic conditions and surrounding environment or due to the meteorological conditions, plane of the array shall deflect a proper angle, which is smaller than the local geographical latitude eastwards or westwards. 2.0.3 The place where an annual average insulation duration is more than 1800h may use solar photovoltaic power system as the only power supply. 2.0.4 Solar photovoltaic power generating system may be used within the surrounding temperature rang of -40℃~+60℃ and appropriate products shall be used for the solar module in the severe cold areas or the areas with high temperature. 2.0.5 Reinforcement measures shall be taken in the area with array installation point where the local maximum wind levelis greater than Level 10. 2.0.6 Protection facilities, such as enclosures or handrails shall be used for the ground or the array periphery on the roof. 2.0.7 The solar photovoltaic power system shall have overvoltage protection measures and set with lightning-protection devices.
