1 General
1.0.1 This standard is established to make the design of urban rapid rail transit safe and reliable, technologically advanced, functionally sound, economically applicable, operationally efficient, energy-saving and environmentally friendly.
1.0.2 This standard applies to the design of urban rapid transit with a maximum operating speed of 2okm/h~160km/h, using steel wheels and rails for new construction, alteration and expansion and serving medium and long distance passenger traffic within the urban area.
1.0.3 In addition to this standard, the design of urban rapid transit shall also conform to the provisions of the relevant national standards in force.
2 Terminology
2.0.1 urban rapid rail transit
Rapid rail transit lines with a maximum operating speed of 120km/h160km/h and a travel speed of 45km/h and above, constructed within the city limits, using electric traction, with trains running on fully enclosed lines, using different laying methods such as underground, ground and elevated, in combination with urban planning and construction and the environment along the line.
2.0.2 AC traction power supply system
The AC 25kV voltage level is used to provide traction power for the urban rapid transit system.
2.0.3 Dual-stream traction power supply system DC&.AC traction power supply sys-tem
AC traction power supply system and DC traction power supply system are used simultaneously to provide traction power for urban rapid transit projects.
3 Basic provisions
3.0.1 The urban rapid transit project shall be a fully enclosed line, and the main line shall be a two-line line with right-hand traffic.
3.0.2 The design of urban rapid transit shall be in line with the overall urban planning, urban spatial planning, urban comprehensive transportation system planning and urban rail transit line network planning, and shall be in line with the functional positioning and service level of urban rapid transit.
3.0.3 The design year shall be divided into three stages: initial, near-term and long-term. The initial phase shall be the third year after the completion of the line, the near term shall be the first year and the long term shall be the 25th year.
3.0.4 According to the functional requirements of the line, the infrastructure shall meet the needs of different traffic organisation schemes such as station stopping, crossing, main line operation, cross line operation and crossing through stations.
3.0.5 The maximum design capacity of the system shall not be less than 24 pairs/h.
3.0.6 The standing density of the carriage standing area should be 4 persons/ and table persons/m2.
3.0.7 The structural headroom of the underground travel area shall meet the requirements of human comfort when the air pressure in the carriage changes.
