Introduction of CJ/T 104-1999

城市生活垃圾，是指在城市日常生活中或者为城市生活提供服务的活动中产生的固体废物以及法律、行政法规规定视为城市生活垃圾的固体废物。我国的环卫事业起步较晚，城市生活垃圾磷的监测方法在国内是个空白。本标准的检测方法是参照GB 8172-1987《城镇垃圾农用控制标准》中3.3的测定方法制定，但土壤和生活垃圾的组成和特性不同，为使城市生活垃圾磷的监测方法规范化、标准化，特制定本标准。本标准规定对垃圾全磷用钒钼黄比色法测定的原理、仪器、试剂及操作步骤进行了说明和规定。
本标准适用于测定生活垃圾全磷的含量。测定浓度范围0.8~20ug/g。
