本标准的制定结合了我国电子式热分配表研制、生产、使用情况，并参照了欧盟标准《确定室内散热器热消耗量的热分配表—有电源》ＥＮ８３４中的主要内容。 本标准规定了电子式热分配表的术语，一般规定，技术要求，试验方法，检验规则，标志，包装，运输及贮存。 本标准适用于热水采暖热计量系统中确定房间对流式散热器热消耗量的电子式热分配表，不适用于地板辐射、天花板辐射、带风扇散热器等热水采暖系统。
