本标准为首次制定的行业标准。标准主要参照欧盟《确定室内散热器热消耗量的热分配表—无电源》标准ＥＮ８３５—１９９４的内容编写，主要技术内容与ＥＮ８３５一致。本标准规定了蒸发式热分配表的术语和定义，结构型式，产品型号，分类，要求，检验和试验方法，检验规则，标志，包装，运输及贮存。 本标准适用于热水采暖热计量系统中确定房间散热器热消耗量的热分配表，不适用于带风扇的散热器的热水采暖系统。
