本标准为首次发布。本标准规定了垃圾填埋场用线性低密度聚乙烯土工膜（LLDPE）土工膜的分类、要求、试验方法、测试频率、标志、标签、包装、运输和贮存。本标准适用于垃圾填埋场在终场覆盖、临时覆盖、中间覆盖等工程中所使用的线性低密度聚乙烯（ＬＬＤＰＥ）土工膜。覆盖用的低密度聚乙烯（ＬＤＰＥ）土工膜可参照本标准。
