Introduction of CJ/T 32-2004

本标准规定了液化石油气钢瓶焊接工艺评定程序、检验规则、试验方法。本标准适用于正常环境温度(－40～60)℃下使用，试验压力不大于3．3MPa，公称容积小于240L可重复充装液化石油气的钢质焊接气瓶的焊接工艺评定。本标准代替CJ/T 32-1999( ZBJ 740 04-89) 《液化石油气钢瓶焊接工艺评定》，本标准与CJ/T 32-1999(ZB J74 004-89)相比主要变化如下:
—适用范围包括按GB5 842-1996《液化石油气钢瓶》,GB 15380-2001《小容积液化石油气钢瓶》,GB 17259-1998《机动车用液化石油气钢瓶》等标准制造的所有可重复充装液化石油气的钢质焊接气瓶。
—增加了前言、第1章范围、第3章术语和定义。
—将原第2章焊接工艺评定规则和第5章焊接工艺评定报告书合并写成第4章总则和第5章焊接工艺评定规则。
