本标准规定了超高分子聚乙烯钢骨架复合管材（以下简称“复合管”）的术语和定义、符号、分类和标记、结构和材料、规格、要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、运输和贮存。
本标准适用于输送城镇用水、燃气、特种工业流体（如原油、化工溶液、矿浆、工业废水、固体粉末、低温液体）等介质的复合管材。
