本标准规定了城市轨道交通桥梁盆式支座的规格、分类、型号、产品组成结构，材料，要求，试验方法，检验规则，标志、包装、运输和贮存等要求。
本标准适用于竖向设计承载力为500 kN～100 000 kN、抗震设防烈度为8度以下（含8度)地区的城市轨道交通桥梁和道路桥梁用盆式支座，不适用于磁悬浮轨道交通和跨座式单轨轨道交通桥梁用支座。
