本文件适用于铝硅比(A/S)的范围1.5≤A/S≤2.6、同时氧化铝含量A1203≥40%的低品位铝土矿资源综合利用，不涉及铝土矿开采过程中矿山表土、渣土、废石、铁尾矿、含铝围岩等固体物的处置及利用。
低品位铝土矿综合利用除应符合本文外,地符合国家现行的其它有关标准。
