1 Scope This standard specifies technical requirements, limit requirements and test methods for safety and maintenance guarantee of electric passenger cars with 5 seats or below which are sold and registered in Shanghai. The power component or circuit of voltage class B system are also called high voltage circuit 3.4 State of Charge (SOC) percentage ratio of residual capacity after battery discharge to the full charge capacity 3.5 Depth of discharge (DOD) parameter representing the discharge state of battery, which is equal to the percentage ratio of actual discharge capacity to rated capacity
