本规范适用于浙江省内工业与民用建筑、市政工程、地下工程、边坡工程等岩土工程勘察。岩土工程勘察工作必须遵循工程建设程序，在各项工程建设的设计和施工阶段之前，进行岩土工程勘察。 在浙江省内进行岩土工程勘察活动，除应符合本规范的规定外，尚应符合国家和本省现行有关标准的规定。
