本文件规定了城市街路巷地名规划的总体要求、前期准备、路名设计、路名文化保护规划、规划成果、规划评审、规划报批与调整。
本文件适用于山东省县级以上行政区域内的城市街路巷地名（以下简称路名）规划工作。其中，城市街路巷的范围是CJJ 37中规定的城市道路中的主干路、次干路、支路，不含快速路。其他区域的地名规划参照使用。
