本标准规定了交、直流仪表检验装置的技术要求、检定方法、检验周期等。
本标准适用于能够输出直流电压、电流、电阻和工频（45Hz~65Hz）电压、电流、有功功率以及频率、相位、功率因数等电量的交、直流仪表检验装置的首次检定、后续检定和使用中检验。
本标准适用于仅具有上述功能之一或上述任意两种及以上功能的装置。
