1 Scope This Code specifies the contents, method and technical requirements of the electric energy metering device management. This Code is applicable to the management of electric energy metering device used for the settlement of electric power enterprise trade and the examination of enterprise internal economy technical index. 2 Normative References The provisions of the following standard, through reference into this Code, constitute provisions of this Code. When this Code is published, all the listed editions are valid. As all the standards will be revised, each party using this Code shall discuss the feasibility of using the latest edition of the following standards.
