Introduction of DL/T 459-2000

本标准是根据我国电力工业的发展现状，对DL/T459—1992《镉镍蓄电池直流屏(柜)订货技术条件》进行修订。修订后的标准名称为《电力系统直流电源柜订货技术条件》。本标准在对DL/T4S9一1992修订时，保留了仍适用电力系统百流电源柜要求的内容，修改了部分条款。因新技术、新件、新装置的引入，根据它们的特性，增加了新的内容。增加内容如下:a.阀控式密封铅酸蓄电池的技术要求及试验;b.高频开关电源充电浮充电装置的技术要求及试验;c.微机控制器的技术要求及自动转换程序试验;d.抗高频干扰试验;e.静电放电干扰度试验;f.谐波测量测试;g.三遥功能试验。
