Introduction of DL/T 5110-2013

　DL/T 5110-2000《水电水利工程模板施工规范》自2000年执行以来，对推动我国水电行业模板施工技术的发展，保证工程质量起到了很好的作用。近十年来，随着模板技术的进步，DL/T5110-2000中的有些内容，已不符合现在施工的实际情况。为了更好地规范模板施工，提高技术水平，加快施工进度，保证工程质量和施工安全，降低工程成本，有必要进行修订。
　　本规范主要技术内容包括模板材料、设计、制作、安装和维护、拆除与维修、特种模板等内容。
　　本规范对DL/T 5110-2000进行了以下修改：
　　——增加了上置式针梁模板台车、免拆模板网、模板支架立
　　柱底地基承载力要求及计算方法的内容；
　　——对钢模板荷载设计值的折减系数、大体积混凝土结构模
　　板承载能力计算时的荷载选取、悬臂结构拆模时所需混
　　凝土强度要求进行了修订；
　　——将DL/T 5110-2000中的装饰混凝土及装饰混凝土模板
　　改为清水混凝土、清水混凝土模板，删除了竹胶合板的
　　有关内容；
　　一一明确了模板自重、钢筋自重和风荷载的荷载分项系数。
