1 General provisions 1.0.1 This standard is formulated in order to standardize the design of limestone/ gypsum wet flue gas desulfurization system of fossil fired power plant to meet the requirements for safety, reliability, advanced technology, economy, and rationality. 1.0.2 This standard is applicable to the design of limestone/ gypsum wet flue gas desulfurization system of fossil fired power plant. 1.0.3 In addition to this standard, the design of limestone/ gypsum wet flue gas desulfurization system of fossil fired power plant shall also meet the requirements of current relevant national standards. 2 Terms 2.0.1 desulfurization absorber reaction device for removing sulfur dioxide and other harmful substances in desulfurization process 2.0.2 desulfurization efficiency the percentage of sulfur dioxide removed by the desulfurization device to the sulfur dioxide contained in flue gas before desulfurization, which shall be calculated with the following formula: (2.0.2) where, —— the desulfurization efficiency of desulfurization equipment, %; C1—— the converted concentration of sulfur dioxide in flue gas before desulfurization (dry basis, 6% oxygen content), mg/Nm3; C2—— the converted concentration of sulfur dioxide in flue gas after desulfurization (dry basis, 6% oxygen content), mg/Nm3. 2.0.3 absorbent reagent used in desulfurization process to absorb sulfur dioxide and other harmful substances in flue gas.
