本标准规定了水电水利高压喷射灌浆防渗工程的技术要求和工程质量检验、评定方法。
本标准适用于淤泥质土、粉质戮土、粉土、砂土、砾石、卵(碎 )石等松散透水地基或填筑体内的防渗工程的高压喷射灌浆。对含有较多漂石或块石的地层，应进行现场高压喷射灌浆试验， 以确定其适用性。
高压喷射灌浆用于水工建筑物的地基加固时，可参照本标准的有关规定，并应符合国家其他相关标准的要求。
