本导则适用于电压等级在35～220kV的国产油浸电力变压器、6kV及以上厂用变压器和同类设备，如消弧线圈、调压变压器、静补装置变压器、并(申)联电抗器等。对国外进口的油浸电力变压器及同类设备可参照本导则并按制造厂的规定执行。
本导则适用于变压器标准项目大、小修和临时检修。不包括更换绕组和铁芯等非标准项目的检修。
