本标准规定了火力发电厂分散控制系统运行、检修及其技术管理的要求。本标准适用于单机容量300MW及以上采用分散控制系统(DCS)的火力发电机组，控制系统功能包括数据采集和处理系统(DAS)、锅炉汽轮机模拟量控制系统(MCS)、机组及其辅机顺序控制系统(SCS)、锅炉炉膛安全监控系统(FSSS)及机组热工保护系统等。单机容量300MW以下的采用分散控制系统的火力发电机组也可参照执行。
