1.1 Subject content
This specification specifies the various technical requirements and related process operation provisions for the production and construction of bored cast-in-place piles.
1.2 Application scope
This specification is applicable to the bored cast-in-place pile foundation construction in the industrial and civil buildings as well as structures including heavy facilities, wharfs, bridges and ports in the land or water area, to the landslide treatment by retaining the bored pile revetment, or to the special project construction such as batter pile, pedestal pile and root pile.
1.3 Basic requirements
1.3.1 This specification is the major basis and criterion for the construction management and testing of bored cast-in-place piles, which proposes the definite requirements for the construction design, hole-forming technology, underwater concrete pouring technology, quality testing and tests of the bored cast-in-place piles. The site operation personnel, technical personnel and production management personnel assuming the construction task must strictly comply with and implement this specification.
1.3.2 Bored cast-in-place pile is a underground concealed works, of high quality requirements and multiple construction procedures, that shall be completed continuously within a relatively short time. Therefore, the construction must be carried out seriously in procedures (see procedure chart). Complete technical data shall be provided, construction design shall be formulated and construction preparation shall be completed. The construction management system, post responsibility system, shift system, quality inspection system, equipment, machines and tools maintenance system, and safe production system shall be established for each procedure according to this specification and the design requirements, to achieve the purpose of division of work and specific responsibility, so as to carry out the construction regularly and rapidly.
