1 Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, general requirements, examination content, result judgment and file management of the examination of building fire safety design.
This standard is applicable to the auditing of fire safety design and inspection of fire safety design filed for record of building projects such as construction, expansion and reconstruction (including interior and exterior decoration, thermal insulation and change of purpose) by the fire departments of fire public security organs according to law; it also serves as reference for the self-examination by fire safety design organization and technical examination of fire safety design documents by the construction drawing examination agent.

process of examination, assessment and making administrative licensing decision on the relevant documents and fire safety design documents of the building project applying for administrative license on fire protection in accordance with the fire protection laws and regulations and the national engineering construction fire protection specifications
3.1.2
inspection of building fire safety design filed for record
process of examination, assessment and proposing inspection opinions on the relevant documents and fire safety design documents of the building project determined as the inspection object through random inspection during filing for record in accordance with the fire protection laws and regulations and the national engineering construction fire protection specifications
