本标准规定了乡镇消防队的术语和定义、总则、建队标准、选址、装备配备、人员配备、执勤管理。
本标准适用于地方人民政府根据《中华人民共和国消防法》第三十六条规定建立的乡镇专职消防队、志愿消防队。村民委员会及企业按照《中华人民共和国消防法》第四十一条规定建立的志愿消防队等其他多种形式的消防组织,可参照本标准。
