This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules as well as marking, packaging, transportation and storage of high density polyethylene resin.
This standard is applicable to the high density polyethylene homopolymer or copolymer as well as the polymer containing additives made by monomers of ethylene or ethylene and 1-olefin through catalytic polymerization.
This standard is not applicable to high density polyethylene with ultra-high molecular weight.
