本标准规定了吗啉脂肪酸盐果蜡的技术要求、试验方法、检验规则以及包装、标志、贮存和运输的各项要求。本标准适用于以吗啉脂肪酸盐为乳化剂、用天然动、植物蜡及水制成的CFW果蜡。本晶作为果蔬保鲜剂，涂敷在柑桔、苹果等果实表面，形成薄膜，以抑制果实呼吸，防止内部水分蒸发，抵御微生物侵入。并能改善外观，提高商品价值，延长水果货架期。
