本标准规定了食品机械润滑脂的技术要求、包装、标志、贮运与取样。本标准适用于由脂肪酸钙皂稠化食品级白油，并加入添加剂而制成的无嗅、无味的白色润滑脂。其原料均需采用药典或药物学中规定的安全组分，生产中要做到设备专用。符合本标准的产品，具有良好的抗水性、防锈性、润滑性，适用于与食品接触的加工、包装、输送设备的润滑，最高使用温度为100℃。
