Introduction of GB 15193.17-2003
本标准规定了慢性毒性和致癌试验的基本技术要求。本标准适用于评价食品生产、加工、保藏、运输和销售过程中所涉及的可能对健康造成危害的化学、生物和物理因素的慢毒性和/或致癌作用，检验对象包括食品添加剂(含营养强化剂)、食品新资源及其成分、新资源食品、辐照食品、食品容器与包装材料、食品工具、设备、洗涤剂、消毒剂、农药残留、兽药残留、食品工作用微生物等。必要时两者可以结合进行。
