本标准规定了航海日志记载的基本要求、保管要求、制作、登记和签发、格式、页面设计、记载内容、常用船位及其缩写代号、记录符号、云状、常用船位及其对应符号以及印刷要求。本标准适用于所有国际航行的中国籍海船和５00总吨以上沿海航行的中国籍船舶。500总吨以下沿海航行的中国籍船舶可参照执行。
