GB 2894 Safety signs and guideline for the use GB/T 3836.1 Explosive atmospheres - Part 1: Equipment - General requirements GB/T 3836.2 Explosive atmospheres - Part 2: Equipment protection by flameproof enclosures “d” GB/T 3836.3 Explosive atmospheres - Part 3: Equipment protection by increased safety "e" GB/T 3836.16 Explosive atmospheres - Part 16: Electrical installations inspection and maintenance GB 15577 Safety regulations for dust explosion prevention and protection GB/T 15604 Terminology for dust explosion prevention GB/T 15605 Guide for pressure venting of dust explosions GB/T 16758 The classification and technical specification of exhaust hood GB/T 17919 Directives for dust explosion protection for dust collectors in dust explosion hazardous area GB 50016 Code for fire protection design of buildings GB 50019 Design code for heating ventilation and air conditioning of industrial buildings GB 50057 Code for design protection of structures against lightning GB 50058 Code for design of electrical installations in explosive atmospheres 3 Terms and definitions For the purposes of this document, the terms and definitions given in GB/T 15604 and the following apply. 3.1 tobacco processing system general term for the production process of processing tobacco leaves into finished cigarettes Note: The tobacco processing processes include those such as tobacco leaf re-curing, tobacco primary processing, rolling packaging and tobacco leaf reconstitution. 3.2 dedusting room building (structure) where the equipment collecting and treating the tobacco dust is arranged in a centralized way 4 Overall requirements 4.1 According to the Criteria for determining major accident hazards in industrial and trade enterprises, enterprises shall identify and evaluate the dust explosion risk in tobacco processing system, and take dust explosion prevention and control measures to eliminate or reduce the generation of ignition sources in dangerous places of dust explosion. 4.2 Enterprises shall establish a zoning map for explosive tobacco dust hazard areas in accordance with the requirements of GB/T 3836.3 and GB 15577 and based on the frequency and duration of the explosive dust. The tobacco production area shall be divided into areas 20, 21, 22, and non-explosive hazard areas, indicating the type and scope of the areas, and taking technical measures to reduce the risk of dust explosions.
