This standard is developed in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009. This standard replaces GB 18613-2012 Minimum allowable values of energy efficiency and energy efficiency grades for small and medium three-phase asynchronous motors and GB 25958-2010 Minimum allowable values of energy efficiency and values of efficiency grade for small-power motors. In addition to a number of editorial changes, the following technical changes have been made with respect to GB 18613-2012 and GB/T 25958-2010: ——the scope of this standard is modified (see Clause 1; Clause 1 of GB 18613-2012 and Clause 1 of GB 25958-2010); ——the target minimum allowable values of energy efficiency for motors and evaluating values of energy conservation for motors are deleted (see 3.2 and 3.3 of GB 18613-2012); ——the requirements for minimum allowable values of energy efficiency for three-phase asynchronous motors are improved (see Table 1; Table 1 of GB 18613-2012 and Table 1 of GB 25958-2010); ——the values of efficiency grades for 8-pole three-phase asynchronous motors are added (see Table 1); ——the requirements for energy efficiency indexes of capacitor-start motors, capacitor-run motors and two-value capacitor asynchronous motors are improved (see Tables 2, 3 and 4); ——the requirement for energy efficiency indexes of fan motors for room air conditioners are deleted (see Table 5 of GB 25958-2010); ——the requirements for energy efficiency indexes of capacitor-run motors for air conditioner fans and brushless DC motors for air conditioner fans are added (see Tables 5 and 6); ——the technical requirements for target minimum allowable values of energy efficiency and evaluating values of energy conservation for low-power motors are deleted (see 4.4 and 4.5 of GB 25958-2010); ——the requirements for 120W energy efficiency grade of single-phase and three-phase low-power motors are deleted (see Tables 1, 2 and 3; Tables 1, 2 and 3 of GB 25958-2010); ——the requirements for test methods of capacitor-run motors and brushless DC motors for air conditioner fans are added (see Clause 6); ——the requirements for test methods are modified (see Clause 6; Clause 6 of GB 25958-2010 and Clause 6 of GB 18613-2012); This standard was proposed by and is under the jurisdiction of the Standardization Administration of the People’s Republic of China. The previous editions of this standard are as follows: ——GB 18613-2002, GB 18613-2006, GB 18613-2012; ——GB 25958-2010. Minimum allowable values of energy efficiency and values of efficiency grades for motors 1 Scope This standard specifies the values of efficiency grades, minimum allowable values of energy efficiency and test methods of three-phase asynchronous motors, single-phase asynchronous motors and air conditioner fan motors. This standard is applicable to continuous-duty general-purpose motors or general-purpose explosion-proof motors of single-speed enclosed fan cooling type and N design, which have a rated voltage of less than 1,000V, 50Hz three-phase AC power supply, rated power within 120W~1,000kW and pole number of 2, 4, 6 and 8. It is also applicable to motors which have a voltage up to and including 690V and 50Hz AC power supply, such as capacitor-run asynchronous motors (120W~3,700W), capacitor-run asynchronous motors (120W~2,200W) and two-value capacitor asynchronous motors (250W~3,700W) for general purpose as well as capacitor-run motors (10W~1,100W) and brushless DC motors (10W~1,100W) for air conditioner fans. 2 Normative references The following referenced documents are indispensable for the application of this document. The measured motor efficiencies of each grade under rated output power shall not be less than those specified in Tables 1~6. The measured motor efficiency tolerance of each grade under rated output power shall meet those specified in Table 21 of GB/T 755-2019, Tables 2-6 of GB/T 5171.1-2014 and the corresponding product standards. For motors of which the rated power values are not listed in the tables, their efficiencies may be determined by linear interpolation.
