GB19510的本部分规定了使用50Hz或60Hz的1000V 以下交流电源的荧光灯和其他放电灯用启动装置(辉光启动器和触发器除外)的特殊要求。该启动装置能产生不大于100kV 的启动脉冲,并与IEC60081,IEC60188,IEC60192,IEC60662,IEC60901,IEC61167,GB18774,GB16843,GB19510.9,GB19510.10等标准所规定的灯和镇流器一起使用。
本部分不适用于辉光启动器或装入放电灯的启动装置或人工操纵的启动装置。荧光灯用预热变压器的要求由GB19510.9给出。
