Introduction of GB 29139-2012
本标准规定了生产固体磷酸二铵肥料单位产品的能源消耗(简称能耗)限额的技术要求、计算方法、节能管理与措施。
本标准适用于以硫酸、磷矿、氨为原料,采用二水法、半水法、半水-二水法工艺生产磷酸,及采用传统法、料浆法工艺生产磷酸二铵的企业进行能耗的计算、控制与考核,以及新建项目的能耗控制。
本标准不适用于用外购商品磷酸生产的磷酸二铵;也不适用于以磷酸一铵为原料生产的磷酸二铵。
