1 Scope
This standard specifies such requirements on emergency materials for hazardous chemical enterprise as equipping principle, overall equipment requirements, equipment requirements for workplace, equipment requirements for industrial emergency team, other equipment requirements as well as management and maintenance.
This standard is applicable to the equipment of emergency materials for hazardous chemical production and storage enterprises. It may be referenced by the use, operation, transportation and disposal enterprises for hazardous chemicals to equip emergency materials.
