本标准规定我国电话自动交换网纵横制局间及其与其他指定制式局间的直流信号和相关技术指标。本标准所用中继方式示意图只作为示意，所用文字符号按GB 315-64《电工设备文字符号编制通则》规定的第一种组合格式编写，第一次出现均加文字说明。局间直流信号包括线路信号和数字信号。线路信号表现为直流极性标志，数字信号表现为直流脉冲。
