本标准规定了在设计温度下介质的饱和蒸气压小于0.1 MPa的铝制(即罐体部分的壳体、封头以及其上焊接构件为纯铝及铝合金材料)铁道罐车的设计、制造、检验及验收要求。
本标准适用于1435mm 标准轨距运输浓硝酸、冰醋酸、乙二醇、过氧化氢、丙烯酸酯以及类似介质用的铝制铁道罐车。
对不能用本标准来确定结构尺寸的罐车,允许采用包括有限元法在内的应力分析进行设计。
